FedPosts is a federal contracting intelligence platform that helps businesses discover opportunities, stay informed with news and updates, and hire expert proposal writers. By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.
Acceptance of Terms
- By accessing or using FedPosts, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service
- If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform
- We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time
- Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes
- These terms apply to all users, including businesses, contractors, and writers
Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You agree to accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
- One person or legal entity may maintain only one free account
Subscriptions & Billing
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
- Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
- Taxes may apply to your subscription fees
Free Trial
- New users may be eligible for a 14-day free trial period
- Free trials include access to Professional plan features
- No credit card is required to start your free trial
- At the end of the trial, you will be prompted to select a subscription plan
- We reserve the right to determine free trial eligibility
- Abuse of free trials may result in account termination
Acceptable Use Policy
- You may not use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- You may not interfere with or disrupt the platform or servers
- You may not scrape, crawl, or extract data without permission
- You may not impersonate another person or entity
- You may not share account access with unauthorized users
- Violation may result in immediate account termination
Intellectual Property
- FedPosts owns all rights to the platform, code, designs, and trademarks
- You retain ownership of content you submit to the platform
- You grant us a license to use your content to provide our services
- You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary code
- Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action
Writer Marketplace
- FedPosts connects businesses with independent writers and consultants
- Writers are independent contractors, not employees of FedPosts
- We do not guarantee the quality or results of writer services
- Payment disputes between businesses and writers are your responsibility
- We may facilitate payments but are not liable for service outcomes
- Both parties agree to communicate professionally and respectfully
Third-Party Links
- Our platform may contain links to third-party websites or services
- We are not responsible for the content or practices of third parties
- Your interactions with third parties are at your own risk
- SAM.gov and other government sources are external integrations
Prohibited Content & Activities
The following are strictly prohibited on our platform:
- Illegal activities or promoting illegal behavior
- Harassment, abuse, or threats toward others
- False, misleading, or deceptive information
- Infringement of intellectual property rights
- Malicious code, viruses, or harmful software
- Spam, unsolicited messages, or excessive posting
- Impersonation of FedPosts employees or representatives
Termination & Suspension
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for reasons including:
- Violation of these Terms of Service
- Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
- Non-payment of subscription fees
- Request by law enforcement or government agency
- Extended periods of account inactivity
- Creating multiple accounts to abuse free trials
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FedPosts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use the Services
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the District of Columbia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Washington, DC, and you hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
